1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products (sanitary and hygiene items), we maintain strict hygiene standards. Therefore, only products that are **unused, unopened, and in their original condition** are eligible for return or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided for verification.
- Opened or used hygiene products (such as sanitary pads, diapers, liners) are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing feelsafeco.llp@gmail.com with clear images or videos of the issue. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used hygiene products.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional offers.
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to company error or product defect. In such cases, Feel Safe Co. will cover the cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. For cancellation requests, please email us promptly at feelsafeco.llp@gmail.com.
8. Feel Safe Sakhi Yojana (Distributor Returns)
- Distributors (Sakhis) must verify all products upon delivery.
- Returns will be accepted only for defective or wrongly shipped products.
- Products sold to customers by distributors are their independent responsibility.
- The company will not be liable for end-customer returns handled outside company policy.
