Safety & Hygiene Protocol
At Feel Safe, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (Sanitary Pads & Diapers), hygiene products once opened cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons. Packaging must be untampered for any claim.
1. Eligibility (3 Days)
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A valid invoice/bill is mandatory for processing.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Any product used or damaged by the customer.
- Tampered packaging or broken safety seals.
- Requests submitted after the 3-day window.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 24 hours of delivery. Photo or video proof (unboxing video) is required for verification.
4. Process & Mode
Submission: Email us at support@feelsafeco.in
Approval: Verified within 3–5 working days.
Refund Mode: Processed to the original payment method or bank transfer.
5. Shipping & Cancellation
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
